My most impactful work is in partnership with Executive Leadership Teams developing clarity, confidence and courage to lead the organisation forward to meaningful success and shape the culture that enables and sustains this.
My background is organisational psychology with over two and a half decades international experience coaching and developing senior leaders and teams across diverse sectors.
I’m a firm believer that amazing things can happen when people feel seen, heard, valued, AND are clear on the meaningful contribution they can make to the organisation’s success.
I love to invite more meaningful connection, contribution and collaboration between individuals to reveal their collective potential for growth among them.
I first discovered my passion for developing leaders with Unilever during 9 years as a Leadership and Culture Change Manager where I also led my own teams through organisational change.
Upon leaving Unilever in 2008 I joined Steve Radcliffe as an Associate Leadership Consultant sharing the Future Engage Deliver leadership framework around the world with leaders who want to make a bigger difference and I remain a key member of the team today.
